- Description: Provides a mental health program that offers short-term counseling and case management for youth and transitional-aged youth with mild to moderate mental health concerns, and for those who have been impacted by hate and harm including survivors of hate crimes and hate incidents and their families. Also offers trauma-informed care, short-term therapy, case management services regardless of age, and bicultural and bilingual services in several Asian American Pacific Islander (AAPI) languages.Note: Services are short-term care (about 3 months)
